RYA Trainer, Examiner and Inspector

 

 

At the RPCYC Club House I can run First Aid and Navigation courses.

I also have a number of courses running on my boat.

She will be operating from Dartmouth from the 1st April.

 

 

RYA Coastal Skipper Theory

 
This includes the course packs and loan of an almanac for the duration of the course but students would need to provide a set of plotters and dividers.
(which most people will have from Day Skipper which is requisite for this one)
 
This is a classroom based course at the RPCYC Club House which means, unlike an online exam, you get an adjudicated exam, 3 actually , one after each module.

The cost per person will depend on how many we can get confirmed but a special members only club discount will apply and the likely cost will be between around £250 and £325 pp providing we can commit to at least 4 people – there are currently 3 confirmed.

On the 11th February I have a RYA RADAR course running on the boat (Sutton Marina)

It’s a practical course with real application of using the RADAR board.

The cost to members is £110 including lunch and a RYA Course pack.

There are currently 2 places left.

I could make the W/C 17 July or W/C 14th Aug Coastal Skipper Practical or Yachtmaster Preps if people were interested.

RPCYC club discount, £550 for any 5 day course (usually £650)  

Including food, berthing, diesel, instructions and certification!

 

 

We can also do Own Boat Tuition and if people wanted RADAR courses or shore based courses these can be arranged as required.

One for the water, I’d be able to run an Ocean Course if there was sufficient interest.
