The RPYC Yacht Club recently held a special evening to commemorate the Battle of Trafalgar. Members gathered to honor the historic naval victory, enjoying a delightful event filled with tradition and camaraderie. The highlight of the night was a captivating speech by a Naval Commodore Gareth Derrick, who paid tribute to the courage and legacy of Admiral Nelson and the Royal Navy. The Commodore’s words resonated deeply with the attendees, making the evening both memorable and inspiring. Club Commodore Chris Deane thanked everyone for all efforts that went towards making this time honoured tradition possible again this year, the fantastic meal and great company!
