1st Destination Sail of the Season

In terms of the plan – the weather looks a bit frisky to be attempting a Cawsands stop. Thanks Geoff for the following lowdown and making a great suggestion…

Going round to Polhawn Cove would be fine getting there and it would be sheltered however coming back would be wind against tide and most uncomfortable getting round Rame Head.

The recommended stopping point on Sunday is therefore Jenny Cliff Bay. We can anchor between the Green and Yellow Bouys , possibly raft up in bunches of 3 if conditions allow.

So as planned meet up around 10am for a bit of sail round the Sound and we’ll aim to have the sandwiches ready for about 11:30….
