SUMMARY:Helford River Meet 24th – 26th July 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Royal Plymouth Corinthian Yacht Club is pleased to invite members to a relaxed club meet on the beautiful Helford River over the weekend of 24th–26th July 2026. \nThis promises to be a fantastic social sailing weekend with plenty happening both on and off the water. We have arranged with the Budock Vean Hotel to use their beach area on Saturday afternoon for a casual bring-your-own BBQ. Members are invited to bring their own food\, disposable BBQs\, and drinks for an informal gathering by the water. \nWe have also coordinated with the Harbour Master to reserve a number of swinging moorings for visiting boats. To secure these\, we will need confirmed numbers no later than 10 days prior to the event. \nAdditionally\, the Helford River Sailing Club have kindly arranged pontoon access and have given us permission to come ashore and enjoy food and refreshments at their clubhouse\, as well as use of their facilities\, including showers and toilets\, during the weekend. \nAt the time of printing\, the Overnight Mooring Fees \n(Payable directly to the Harbour Master) \nUnder 30ft: £24 \n30.1ft – 35ft: £27 \n35.01ft – 39.5ft: £29 \n39.6ft – 45.9ft: £31 \nThis is a free event but you would like to join the club meet\, please confirm your attendance and boat size and type  so that moorings can be reserved. \nWe look forward to a great weekend on the Helford with good company\, good cruising\, and a relaxed summer BBQ by the river.
